INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY
Investments are made through a partnership interest investment in a limited partnership. CAMILLA CAPITAL CORPORATION is the general partner of CAMILLA CAPITAL INVESTMENT FUND II L.P. (Fund II) In addition, CAMILLA CAPITAL CORPORATION is also the general partner of CAMILLA CAPITAL INVESTMENT FUND III L.P. (Fund III). The limited partnerships are structured as private investment clubs and investors are restricted to accredited investors, business associates, family and friends.
OUR INVESTMENT STRATEGY
Fund II seeks long-term returns by deep value event driven investing in a focused portfolio of equity securities. Using patience, discipline and a Warren Buffet investing style we invest in companies with a durable competitive advantage. We use fundamental analysis to arrive at a value for the securities of the companies that we believe are underpriced. In addition to long-term investing we seek short-term returns by trading derivative options. We trade options on select indexes in addition to trading options (primarily selling options) on our focused portfolio of equity securities. Fund III, focuses on a short term trading strategy, known as, vertical credit spreads. With short-term trading we use fundamentals and technical analysis to put probability on our side.
