 Alex is a Chartered Professional Accountant with extensive experience leading finance teams and supporting growing businesses. He spent seven years as CFO of an oilfield services company, where he helped guide the business through significant growth while building the finance function and improving its processes and reporting. He brings a practical, down-to-earth approach to his work and enjoys helping businesses make sense of their numbers, solve problems, and bring a little more order to the chaos.

Outside of work, Alex has always been a big basketball fan and player. He played throughout university, including captaining his intramural team, and continues to play regularly today. He enjoys the competitive side of the game, but especially the camaraderie and team environment that come with playing.
